how long does it take to fix the bug?

I lost more than 10 stars coz of this stupid pink screen bug,Im using an android phone with os version 5.1.1 ,After the helcurt update its all messed up.Reinstalled the game atleast 10 times,cleared memory n storage but no good..I think its time to say goodbye
