YSS Nerfed? Kagura Buffed? WTF!

Let me just say that I am pissed off that Kagura got another buff while YSS got a damage nerf on his second ability. This creates a problem when YSS is trying to clear waves from a distance. Isn't the point of YSS not to go in with his sword too much because he is a marksman? Why nerf YSS when he is already balanced? This I don't get. On the other hand Kagura gets a nerfed while she's one of the stronger mages in the mage pool? Tigreal and now YSS. Are you serious ML Team. You know what would be great? If you explained to us why you do the stupid nerfs and buffs that you make. I sometimes wonder if these Devs even play their own game. What do you guys think?

Maybe because YSS is commonly picked and a new mm is coming soon. Kagura on the other hand is always banned anyway. Maybe the devs want to make more money off her and her skin and thus encouraging more people to use her in low tier.

The fact is if you check this week hero win rate ranked game in very high help, YSS is the top one hero, unlike tigreal win rate is low.

If you have tested it out and I suggest you do, YSS's 2nd skill nerf is not as grave as you think it is wherein yes it is one of his primary tools for clearing minion waves but due to his high damage and kit the 2nd skill is also being used to harass enemy lines wherein the damage even pierces thru the tanks as such before any team fights started its already ended by YSS's 2nd skill which also destroys the purpose of his kit of having a sword(which is also the highest dps output in the game currently which I also suggest you try meeleeing fighters as often times you would find yourself winning these fights)

As for kagura, well any changes to her is done and welcomed as I'm sure you are all aware of the drastic changes she had before and look at her now, still on top and currently one of the meta heroes. So overall don't believe whatever youtubers are saying as they can easily exxagerate details

I think dev do nerf and buff based on low elo tier statistic. Maybe in low elo Kagura is not really viable that's why they buff her.. Im Yss user and now I can't 1vs1 with pro kagura in mid lane anymore

Hmmm,
I think YSS is still strong even though he is nerfed, his nerf is not big, its quite balanced compared to other MM (since he is the most picked before nerf) . For kagura, its nerf & buff. Her AP scaling ratio is decreased which means she is not so strong like before, but buffed her umbrella damage. However, she is still OP cause of her CC ability.Q

Kagura got both nerf and buff, not so much tho. YSS's 2nd skill damage is quiet high, he is faster at clearing minion waves and jungle monsters compared to other mm because of it. It's just a small nerf. They already buff his ulti, bigger range + slow effect means harder to avoid 1st and maybe 2nd hit of his ulti.

I consider the YSS nerf a huge nerf , cutting her wave clearing ability by a lot. It is the same as nerfing Moskov's penetrating spears or Clint's passive shots.

Kagura has an advantage if she goes in but otherwise she had a nerf overall (just check urself how frequently you use your 1st ability and the buffed ultimate. Its an overall nerf.
