Sorry for the inconvenience. Did you crash during loading screen or in-game? Try clearing cache and restart, and see if it solves or not. If it still persists plz contact to our CS in-game by tapping Costumer Service icon in the upper home screen and provide all details like phone model, ID Game and Server ID beside of your Avatar Profile Pict in-game, If you have no access or cannot enter the game you should send to our email MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com
