Thanks everyone for the recommendations, suggestions, and bug reports. I have made an update today and will continue to enhance this app as long as there is interest.

Latest Update Includes:

New Content: Added most popular hero builds to each hero. These are based on the number of unique visitors my site gets for a complete set of gear. And, added this page.

Stats Cleanup: Dominance Ice and Heart of Steel had errors in their attribute definitions. Fixed Crit Strike Chance and Crit Rate Reduction so they are in-line with the statistics that are current in game play.

Missing Gear: Added Dreadnaught Armor

Just some errors that need to be fixed.

Magic Blade: Not available in Gear Selection
Courage Bulwark: +HP is not included
Heart of Steel: Unique Passive is not indicated (reduce enemy 20% crit chance)
Brute Force Breastplate: +40 Armor, not +40 Magic Resistance
Blade Armour: Updated to +90 Armor, instead of +100 Armor
Hunter Strike: Price is 2310, not 3210

Thank again Liith.  Updates just pushed live to the server.

New Content: Added Total Cost of Gear in the Hero Builder. Added Crit Strike Chance Cap at 100%

Update: Updated Hero Leveling: Added actual leveling buffs for Natalia, Minotaur and Sun instead of level buff averages.

Bug Fix: Gear Stats cleanup.  Added Magic Blade as a selectable gear item.

Errors that need to be fixed:

Blade of Destruction: Missing one of its Uniqe Passive, +50% Crit Damage
Blade Armour: Armor stats have been adjusted from +100 Armor to +90 Armor (This stats is from patch 1.1.60, which you might not have received yet, since I am on test server, I already have the update, you can check the patch notes to confirm)Wind Chaser: Description typo, the current description mentions +40% Physical Penetration twice
Cooldown for all abilities scale per Level (Ability Level, not Hero Level)
Therefore, the indicated cooldown on the hero selection page is only when the ability is at Level 1. Abilities 1 and 2 can be maxed up to Level 6, Ultimate can be maxed up to Level 3.
