Who Should I buy???

So Im planning to buy a Hero for me. I'm Planning to buy a new Assassin but i also want to get some of the Tanks and Mages. So among the four, Who should I buy and why?

My chosen assassin would be Lancelot and Tank would be (assuming you have NO tank at all) 1. Akai, 2. Hylos. I consider Harley more of a mage than assassin.

I have all of these.

Buy lancelot for classic, but harley for rank

Lancelot is still top ban. Hylos is more of a support tank than a cc tank like Akai. I'd suggest Harley or Helcurt.
