Sorry for the inconvenience. I think the problem lies with your device. Plz state your device , RAM size , android/ios. You can after again after, clearing cache, clear background running apps.

it's probably not a bug, but your device's fault.

The game is getting larger every update, therefore, certain devices with lower RAM (1GB or sth like that) just won't do. It's impossible not to crash.

As stated on the previous post, remove all your background apps; or at least those that you don't really need.
