You forgot to include Ruby. She probably is the best counter for her. Her 2nd skill completely stops ...

i agree if you want her to be added I suggest you could use the format I mentioned in my post. I will add it to my list happily.

Due to demand of Ruby and the fact that she was not in the list to begin with, ALL RUBY OPTIONS GET AUTOMATIC 1+ vote.

1) Ruby + Diggie (Very EZ, Resources: +)
Combo: Ruby uses her 2nd skill to stop Fanny from charging into Diggie. Diggie uses his 1st skill then immediately follows up with his 2nd. By the time Ruby's stun from her 2nd is over, the displacement from Diggie's 2nd skill takes effect followed up the stun from his 1st skill. After Diggie's stun ceases, Ruby's 2nd skill has finished its cooldown allowing her to use it again. (Repeat the combo from the start until Fanny is dead). If the combo somehow fails, Ruby can use her Ulti to prevent Fanny from fleeing.
Duration: More than 7 s (it's basically a permastun )

sometimes its not as easy as u says its like because most of danny's wont enter the battle until ur team has used all the cc on other people and thats when the madness began

also fanny will have immortality so she will just fly away after.

then you kill her with the same combo in the next team fight when immortality is in cooldown.

I can confirm that akai + saber is the most painfull combo its like littarly a pain in the ***

as a fanny user and franco user, i can say franco+saber= instant death for fanny if u can predict where she will come from(u will know it if u use fanny)

First i must add that i have almost played 500 games of fanny, and the most annoying counter for me is: chou and saber. First chou uses his 1st spec (knockup) then immedeantly after saber uses his ult. When sabers ult is about done chou ults you (backwards towards their team if he plays well). This stun will add up to 6-7 seconds and does a lot of dmg. Making it the best combo in my eyes.
