App crashing after selecting avatar

App keep crashing

IOS 9.35 on iPhone 4s
Latest ML downloaded onto phone.

Upon starting app, files are loaded.
Once app started, user try to select character eg Zilong and the whole app will crash

Tried deleting and reinstalling game, does not help

If you see the video link I have provided, you will notice that the screen will jump To user selection and there is no option for me to go back to user profile to provide get the ign/user id and server.
