Game crash at tutorial

Game keeps crashing. Can't even finish the tutorial with Zilong because it crashes when the load bar reaches 50%

Hello,
Which device/model are you using now?  Several factors may cause crashing,usually it happens to low end device.

Check these out:
1. Change to another higher configuration device and try it again, or
2. Check if other players also encounter this same issue, or
3. Check if memory and space are running out of use.

Do contact CS in-game,  Also give me :
Your ID + Server + Which Interface Crashed on + What you did right before the Crash happened."

Yeah mine too it crashes when the loading screen reaches 50% i can't finish the tutorial
