because there was an idea that maybe you didn't bind your account in facebook/gmail/moonton.
if that's the problem, i don't know if you can get that back. And if you already bind your account.
then you can sign in it again, if the phone you use was being factory reset or you have new phone
then you can start MLBB, just finish the tutorial and then re log in your bind account.

You can contact our CS in-game by tap Costumer Service icon in the upper home screen > Then select Account hacked > fill up all detailed informations that we needed for tracking the problem like ID Game and Server ID beside of your Avatar Profile Pict in-game, If you have no access or cannot enter the game you should send to our email MobileLegendsGame@gmail.com
