I q in rank then we pick hero after it loaded 50% in my account it restart ml and go back to moonton logo then when i reconnect to 27% of the other players and mine is 22% it goes back to moonton once again it became a never endig cycle pls help

Already cost me 2 stars pls fix fast!!!!!!!!!

hmm.. i guess, there are 2 possibilities.. 1. game bug, 2. your device

Hello,
For your issue, try clearing cache and restart. Be sure you have stable internet connection(or try changing to another ISP) , and latest app version from store. Also, clear all background running apps before playing to free as much RAM as you can. Hope it helps.
