Ok, so im a new comer here so i dont actually know where to post this. But Im gonna do it here...

I am in a huge trouble right now.

Like....

Seriously.

12.27.17 a new update came.

Pharsa or fasha( I dont know her name in other countries) came.

I was like YEY! I WAS WAITING FOR YOU!

then I immediatly bought her.

Played her twice on classic and custom.

But before I played her...

I played layla first...

And guess what? The floor was green and there were no walls XD

Then I played Pharsa

First.

Classic.

The whole ground was green! WTF?!

I see no turrets no heroes. Just me and the green ground....

I was playing looking at the map. Hoping to survive...

Second I tried it on custom.

Now it got worst....

Everything was black... literally.... no joystick no skills no maps no grass no walls no heroes no turrets everything was gone! Just pharsa!!!!!

So I posted on facebook,

A co player commented saying UNINSTALL AND RE INSTALL

so I did....

I was able to play a game...

Just A GAME

Everything went reeeaaalllyyy terrible.

the second time I tried... everything was fine until the match starts...

It suddenly went back to the home screen and RECONNECTING ETC... note keeps popping up.... like Pop gone pop gone pop gone....

So I restarted the game and its still the same...  I thought WIFI ??? IMPOSSIBLE... I JUST RENEWED IT 10MINS AGO...

What was more terrifying? It was a ranked game.

So I stopped playing for hours..

When I opened it again....

It was good... I thought...

Match was gonna start and a pop up said ERROR. PLEASE RESTART THE GAME

So I restarted it. When it opened the same pop up came again...

I was in that situation fo like an hour...

So I uninstalled and re installed again

I played one custom with zilong...

And....

Everything is black again....

So I uninstalled and re installed again...

(I paid for like 10$ to renew the wifi again and again because the download is taking so much data)

Now....

I cant even open MOBA...

It will open on the very first....

Where the picture of Odette and lancelot on christmas costumes while the game is loading.... but after leaving it load? Hahaha

Even 1% of load wasnt there....

I tried redoing uninstall and reinstall... its still the same....

Big big problem T.T

Pleeaaassseee help T.T

I spent so much for MOBA and now this is happening...

This is the first time I have a problem with MOBA...

At first I thought it was just a bug...

But I think its not just a bug....

HEEEELLLPPPPP T.T

Hello o/,

It seems like a visual bug, have you tried to refresh the game to see if it solves the problem? If it doesn’t work, try doing basic troubleshooting ( Clear Cache > Uninstall > Reinstall )
