Repost need mods with a solution or a brain

So I posted earlier that my account got hacked now it seems the hacker is threatening me to negotiate or he will get my account banned somehow i.e buy diamonds and asking for refund so If I wait for 3-9 days for ml to reply me I will probably lose this account so :v what should I do? See the SS ATTACHED

Seriously how's that my fault? I never even used other means to buy diamonds so rather than telling me if it's my fault or not  let a mod reply me n even if its my fault I think customer support is there to fix ....so thanks for your "_kind words"

all I know that the hacker is an idiot newbie from Indonesia. Idk why you can let him hacked your account, but the rest is up to Moonton :)

im a bit curious, but, how did he manage to enter your account? did you ever share your game personal detail to someone or some site? or did you sell your old phone recently?

How did he get access to your account?
There's no one who can get your account unless you give it to them.
Even for my FB, cuz of my mistake someone try to reset my password, but I got it back.
You can contact at mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com if you want, they can also help you out. Account hacked problems are high priority for them.
After you got your account back, you could make your accounts more secure.
Add 2FA for FB and change passwords.

Tbh I don't think I gave out pass or my account details to anyone I even asked him that how he got in my account (hacker) but he isn't telling me my account is binded to moonton ,fb and Gmail I skipped the Vk bind and that idiot binded his vk now and used up some of my diamonds idc about the diamonds much but the  thing is he's threatening me "account ban" and negative diamonds which I don't want cuz. I have put so much money into this game and I haven't got any reply from moonton yet so I am kinda stuck in the middle ,forums is of no help its just from "POSTING" AND customer support via mail doesnt care and in game support is dead af ..I am losing credit score as well so idk what to do :/

Do you remember bug when you click friend and visit profile of friend then go back home then you click to your profile and you can see your profile isnt yours and your friend and exposed their id so he might use CS and retrieve lost account to recieve and he actually use it.
