I personally believe Ruby, Freya are the best, but thats byas as I like playing them. Im nkt sure about the third.

Alpha if you want to more damage (true damage passive) while CC the enemies
Ruby if you want to cc your enemies while sustaining with unlimited life steal
Chou if you want to avoid being CCed and yet able to CC ur enemies

Personally I like to use Ruby and Alpha.

I dont know who is the best, but my favorite is alucard, zilong and alpha

Ruby is the best tank-fighter. She has really gd cc skill. Chou has become quite ordinary after the nerf, not as annoying as before. Alpha is weak as a damaging fighter when comparing to roger, alucard, etc.
