10.. dead nerf like dev did to her in the past, until she claim back her title as 'useless mage' like she used to. So I can use her again in rank.

Kagura. Also i want to ask, why kagura ulti can pull me right to kagura jerself? Isnt this bug and havent tjis has been fixed? Cause i get teleported by kagura ulti from final tower to the base tower
