when kagura uses her ult, there will be 3s before everyone is pulled to the umbrella. There will be a split second where everyone linked moves to the umbrella. if kagura goes out of range of umbrella, the umbrella gets teleported back to Kagura along with everyone linked to it.

It is easy to be executed or not? Since if it is easy it should bebut if it is hard then it doesnt have to fixed

Nah actually MM with good range like Layla or Clint can do the job well..... just never get hit by her unbrella and you're safe. When laning in mid against her in early game, spam skills, buy boots, farm faster and dodge her attacks will do. Keep making her waste her mana on you by aggressive poking. That way she cannot outfarm you. It's not that hard after knowing what usual kagura players will aim/do.

Its clear as day if they try to waste Kagura mana. The only way is to avoid Kagura or surprise attack. I dont recommend Layla or clint on the same lane as Kagura early game.
