because Argus is quite easy to deal with.

His annoying if you use him not because when you deal or fight him. You know...when your enemy hp low but you can't catch them because slow in ulti form or when tim war but you don't have ulti because long cooldown.

Argus being easy has nothing to do with Argus not being in the top 5 most annoying.

They forgot how OP Karrie in early & mid 2017 and they blame Kagura & Akai to ruined 2017. Hahahaa.

I feel like everyone just vote for the heroes that are the most annoying in late 2017 lol. All the banned heroes in draft pick (Karina, Karrie, Estes, and so on) were annoying once including Moscov.
