good night, I have the following problem: before playing on a Galaxy S4 and from the first day everything normal, I change to a Moto E4 plus and in each game I freeze once or twice and I do not know why. Thanks.

Hi,

Recently some players are experiencing this crash issue on Samsung S4. I am still collecting more information, I just want to know this happens because of the device or another things. Could you provide a video for us? I need the video to analyse what is the main problem that causes this issue, and also mention your game version. Have you done the basic troubleshooting?
