In app purchase (IoS) this in-app purchased is alresdy been bought

i have buy RM39.90 item which is 500 diamonds. the ammount of payment have been deducted, but i dont get the diamonds or the invoice from apple or mlbb. please help me to fix this!

HI!!....kindly follow this Guide to see your purchase history..

• Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
• Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might be asked to authenticate your Apple ID.
  If you use Family Sharing, you'll see in your purchase history what you bought using your Apple ID, but you won't see what other family members bought. To see what other family members bought, sign in with their Apple ID.
• Scroll to Purchase History and tap it
• Then find your receipt take a screenshot then kindly send a it to our Costumer Service in game to assist you

i dont find it on purchase history too. please what the hell was going on with my account :(
