Hi after play argus I think this hero really depend on his ulti, so if you nerf his cooldown ultimate (long cooldown) that's not good as a fighter. Argus not cheap hero, all skill long cooldown and all hero can counter argus his not op you just need retreat for 5 sec. Please consider it.
I agree with first two options. His ulti cd is really long, definitely needs buff on cd. It would be great to add movement speed buff on his ulti so he can chase or escape better. His ulti is the unique part about him, no need to rework for me.

his ult is a free early game immortality. Hes a split pushing duelist, and has good gank potential with his stun. Adding speed to his ult would just make it the most overpowered thing in the game, since he’s basically getting a second life, invincibility, and a full heal, making his ult more about mind games more than ever. He doesnt need a buff, your skills do.

Well, i think his ult fair right now, maybe it a bit hard in early game but in late game he like roger with 2 life (not count immortallity) in every teamfight due to heroes long resurrection time.

Don't compare argus with roger, roger definitely win. I would rather have 40%-50% attack speed for 4 sec every 6 sec than immunity for 5 sec every 45 sec. Dont forget roger can run very fast when enemy hp below 40% meanwhile argus very slow in his ultimate you can't catch anything. I use roger and argus and I always came in the middle of war so I know the different. Immunity mean nothing if you can't catch enemy.

Good ganking..... Meh every hero good if gangking and for split pushing you need hero which can 1 vs 1, yes argus can do that with his ulti if your ulti is long cooldown how you do that?

I think cd must be 40 sec at least with 7 or 8 seconds since when everyone see argus ult on they just run cause they know they can't do anything also a small slight speed buff will not hurt
