Most people don't realize that Kagura was already OP back then with her old purple ult.

Changing the ult to the new one just made her God-Tier (maybe not really).

But most people are ready to accept that the new ult made her OP.
And most people will be ready to accept that changing back her ult to the old one will be a BIG nerf to her.
