Too OP if you let Global Top user use it. u can 2 hit almost all Mage/Assasin/Marksman

2 hitting an enemy with Lesley is only possible at late game when she has all her core items, CRIT plus Damage. Or if Lesley is 2-3 levels ahead of her target.
2 hitting an enemy with Lesley at early game or mid game could only be possible if the player is using a cheat or hack.

I agree, her 2nd skill is just taking so much time with the animation.
It is like 1.5 seconds of an ...

but that skill can delay combos e.g. for grock
