I didnt get the freya skin when i recharged and got 11 gems, sadly I wasnt able to get the screenshot of the “purchased” page because I was alrea expecting to have Freya but when I checked the game, I had the gens but not Freya

hi i too have the same problem, recently i recharge 1155 diamonds and was hoping to get freya, but sadly i did not. It will still ask me to recharge. I did not screenshot the purchased as i was really sure to get her.. Please do something about it, it will mean alot to me. My account id is: 150036144(2240)
