no they have to help me i did this in wrong way i make the starlight member this and i payed money cuz
get argus star skin i want to excnage only its fair they take karrie skin and give me argus skin

when i got the star member i didnt focused on the starlight rules and didnt know evry week roles for random hero skin thats all.

I apologize, you can't change your starlight member skin (karrie) with argus star skin. Because January is Karrie Starlight Member. If you want argus you can wait the skin on fragment shop.

but iv payed alot of money in this to get argus not karrie i want help dud please idid it wrong way u must belive me if i was knew i will get karrie skin u wasnt charge starlight member and e8 for argus month.

You cannot exchange it even though both of the skin is starlight skin. All the starlight skin only exclusive and buy able for the month of the skin release. Plus Argus starlight skin was on November 2017 and how come you did not notice it? It has been two months. Only now you realized it and there is nothing else you can do to get the skin. You just need to wait until they put the skin into Fragment Shop.

Whatever ur reason is, they cant change it..U bought starlight on January so u get Karrie skin..deal with it

I don't think they would change it. It's indicated that you would get the month's skin and benefits; you didn't read so it is your fault. Argus' skin is somehow gone for months already.
