Does Minotaur need a rework?

I really like minotaur in the very start I play Mobile Legends,  his role as tank and support is just super good,  what is more his skill doesn't co sume any mana.  But rightnow since Grock released I prefer using him more,  and while I think of it,  Minotaur users is almost gone whether it is in ranked game or classic...So regarding to the problem I suggest to buff Minotaur in someway,  If its needed rework him... His rage bar is kinda slow and problematic while its needed,  Unlike Grock, his skill always been as strong as it is,  he just need to create a wall behind the enemy and collide them with ult... If it were minotaur,  you need to use his skill 1 so many times until the rage bar is full and activated,  so you can deal a big damage and  knock air borne with his ultimate.

Minotaur users is NOT almost gone, is GONE ady... XD i think not so fast rework him. i jz wan MLBB create new TANK hero {:5_125:}, i waiting on this!!!
than after stop create new hero, than rewok Minotaur~ tat is a best timing ^^

The problem with Mino is that he lack of mobility. He has no Flicker, Dash, Jump, or Charge skill. Then playing with him, u need to learn about anger management (lol...). in normal live u need to calm down ur anger but here with him u want him to be always ready to explode all the time (80% rage bar).
Thats why Mino is less or even no one ever use him anymore.
But if u realize, Mino is the most tankiest heroes in ML.
So far i play with him (tho i never use him anymore), no one can ever kill me alone. Its not that coz i can kill them but with my masive tankiness, i can just walk away from them while they tickle me many times.

im not sure if he need rework or not.
With all his tankiness & his Rage, he is a unique Tank Hero for sure.
But the lack of mobility & hard Rage management, he is hard to use in team, & he deserve to be loved for sure.

I still use him from time to time...  but i still prefer hylos nowaday...    I think he need to be tweaked a little...   his Ulti CD is too damn long, and it's only useful if he's in rage mode.... i think they need to reduce the CD...    that or make the rage mode bar invisible from the enemy,  so the enemies wont run when seeing the bar almost full...

I Just think of this after the fact that Bane and Alice get reworked,  with the new heroes that has a better ability the old heroes just can't compete anymore like this poor Mino.  I don't mind to wait this mino getting buff or reworked since I still love Grock... the first thing that I can't wait is the change of punishment for problematic players,  second is new hero Gossen,  third is new skin for  Clint,  fourth is new Emblem,  Fifth is a better benefit by being a Mystic, and last the new Celestial Arena.

Hylos's regen,  and CCs is just clearly much more OP than Minotaur's... Mino is just way too behind compared to the other tank now a days

All thanks to his healing ability,  yeah he is tankiest in the past. But right now I do say Hylos and Hilda is the Tankiest,  and Hardest to kill. Grock and Balmond is the Strongest,  Lolita is still the most annoying tank since she has double stun and also a nightmare shield for unmelee hero,  Johnson is still the fastest Tank, Tigreal the greatest war openner.  Akai?  Please don't talk about him,  But Mino?  :v,  he got nothing now compared to the other tank
