Please help my game always stays in 47% then crash and reconnect but still crash at 47% please help. Im lossing too mych credit points and stars please

Hi light17,
Mostly crash in game happening due to phone specification such as RAM consumption. Please report this to customer service in-game. Tech team will try to solve this. Sometimes unknown error also taking the place as well.

i got 2 gb ram and 16gb memory and ive been playing smoothly this couple of days then suddenly this happens
