I keep diconnecting so what the hell is happening?

Mates, since the jaw head up date its been a rough time for me when I'm playing, why? I always get disconnected from every *ing game!! Yeah you heard me!! I always, always!! *ING ALWAYS DISCONNECTED FROM EVERY *ING GAME!!!! I don't know why but pls fix it. I'm getting edgey everytime I play rank cause I know I will disconnected anytime in the game, I already lost 7 stars cause of this, I know you won't compensate me even if I beg you guys to give my stars back but at least do your job and fix this crap.

It seem that I'm not the only one having this problem, there is a lot of them here....

Hello,
This is may be due to your connection. I've experience this problem last month. I got disconnected every time i pick hero in draft pick mode and sometimes in mid battle, i got reconnected. But when i'm using 4g internet, i got no problem at all and found out that this is my wifi problem..

But, you can also report this problem to CS as they will check this issues into more details. You can report it in game.

How to report?
login in to game and on the left side of your screen(In game ) you'll see a man with headset and just tap to it. You'll receive various kind of report available such as bug reports etc. You can report this issues according to what you wanted to report. Then fill the form with complete details and if possible, try to include some screenshot also as a proof.
