My mlbb problem, when i start the game and after pick a hero then when its load it said that fail to load please restart the game but i restart it several times and reinstalled it once and then i played few games and here it is again..then the background is black..how can i fix it. Please help me mlbb

Can I ask what device are you using?

Is your connection stable?

Have you completely downloaded the in-game resources which shows a circle bubble on the lower right screen when you are in the lobby?
