STUCK ON 50% LOADING MATCH UP

Hello Guys,
I got something problem here, when draft pick done, i'm just stuck on 50% on loading screen match up and back to lobby for reconnecting and take +_ 2 minutes for completed. It often happens. But, i can solved that prob with play custom game first , so my loading can proceed to 100%. So, before i playing classic or ranked, i must play custom first, and when my classic/ranked done, i must relogin my ML. I have done clear cache or reinstall ML but that prob doesn't solved. And i've played with different smartphone just same thing, and i've try to played in nox emulator but same. I've reported to the customer service a week ago but no answer yet. Can you guys help me? I'm so uncomfortable with this issues.

NB : here my specification
Smartphone Spec: Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, Ram 2 GB, Connection 4G.
My PC Spec: Ram 8, Connection 10mbps

I have same problem , i reinstall it , redownload the nox , reformat my laptop , but its still the same , anyone who knows the solution ?

Yes i get same problem her, but where is developer moonton? I want this developer watch and answer for this bug issues! I report to CS but no answer! Bad developer

Me too. I think it's bug om Android oreo. When i use older phones. I didn't experience that
