Hi, so basically I'd like to tell you here a complaint about the customer service, which is really unprofessional in my opinion. I already have 2 unanswered requests, which both got responded by a bot.
So I asked in customer service like week ago, that when you will receive a respons on your moderator application, since I wondered if I get notified when I'm denied. Then when I looked back today, I see I got an answer.
Ao basically my question was ''Hi, I applied for the Dutch moderator spot, but I wonder when I'll hear from it, and if you tell me if I'm denied, sincerely Rapidity''
And got answered: ''dear player,we have send your suggestion to the devs and they will look to it.''
Like seriously? What is this quality? I'd recommend removing that auto message and getting more English customer service operators, because this is pretty frustrating to get an answer like this. I resent a request with the samr message and hope to get a clear responds this time, because I believe I'm not the first one.
