Disconnected

Hey you prick.. My internet connection is good. I played rank(Mythic division) a while ago. But was disconnected by unknown reason, I tried several attempts to reconnect but failed. The dialogue says "reconnecting you to the game now.. blah blah" but I was stuck at home page. I closed the app and re-opened again still can't connect to my game. Is this kind of bug or what? Then I saw there's a message and I opened it. See the picture below.  I've wasted too much money for this game and this is your payment for that? Mga mukhang pera. Fix this *.

Next time try turning off and on your internet on your device it works for me

Definitely not the server or game...

since we have brewing storm right now.. it is expected that the network connection is buggy... it's a common issue that causes disconnection due to the fluctuation of data in between towers due to bad weather...
