This is most commonly issue that I see in ML forum. Which one did you like issue in this forum post?
I do this post just want to know what player wanted. I like to fix their problem if relate to gameplay issue (like hate this game so much). I want player and developer to be fair and square in this thing.  I am not too much pro but I learn to play teamwork in the game. I rarely see about post like how to use that kind of heroes or countering them I like study how use hero properly.

Lemme clear myself.

In common sense epic players cant be in Mythic but we all know that.

What may happens.

when we solo play in Mythic rank, we sometimes face such a player who feeds opponents or cant play properly. This happens for several reasons.
1. he can have lag
2. he could not pick his favorite hero cause of ban or pick by someone else.
3. He is trying a new hero which he is not pro. May be he is forced to play that hero cause of team strategy( like all of the team mates already picked mm, assassin, mage and he left with only choice to select tank).

All i am saying that, you can not judge a player by playing only single match with him. I may be wrong but this is what i think. I am also solo player and in mythical glory with 21 stars. i faced many players both in my team and enemy who could not played properly but i think there must be some kind of reason(as i mentioned it before). All we can do is encourage him. Most of the case we say bad words to him which results opposites. We should be always positive.

for solo rank, you have to make proper decisions, take proper hero and try to co op with your team as much as you can.

if you mean mythic players can't invite epic players for ranked match or vise versa. then i agree.
BUT
base on my experience. there was a time that a mythic player can be combine to an epic player in a ranked match. i don't know if it is a bug? but in my own opinion, maybe it can be possible when duo or trio contain a legend and mythic in a party. then the other pt that paired with them will be containing of a legend and epic.
well, i'm not sure about that.

Dear n4n4, how is your day.

It is not a bug. If you are mythic and you see epic in your team, that means there was not a single mythic or legend player online that time. It happened with me too couple of times. I hope i replied to your quarry correctly. Have a nice day.

FYI i have experienced that i got teamed up with grandmaster(based on his hero border in loading screen), while i'm on legend tier. and yes, he made me lose a star as he plays indeed as a grandmaster. with no teamwork and no map awareness. now i'm in mithic too but i havent see any epic tier.
