as a tank main, harley never been a worry for me, i see harley i just end up thinking that we won because harley has no CC whatesoever he is just a mage version of an ADC with high mobility powers.
now what is ADC? someone who can aim at one person at a time unless your Miya, but harley does worse in lane phase his biggest weakness is minion block, sure he can jump over minions with his second skill but if the enemy laners has CC he might end up taking more damage by doing that.
now those were my thoughts before playing harley and honestly he was really fun to build with, his passive allows him to go between magic and physical equips which gives him a variety.
when playing him i realised how easy it is to push a lane and get out no matter how far your over extended they would need to send at least 4 people to deal with you.
but in a team fight he is still the worst thing You can get for a mage who is supposed to be a big influance in team fights. a mage job is to offer the magical element in a Team full of physical heroes, and do massive AOE damage or CC like aurora, pharsa that can influance and turn a team fight to the teams favor. Cyclops also counts because of his first skill piercing through enemies and his annoying ULT that can catch people out with a big CC.
no matter how i played him harley will always be the type to push lane or surprise squeeshies at the back line of a team fight like an assassin/ADC so i believe harley shouldnt be considered a mage, his more like karina in a way, even if karina does magic damage you will still need a mage for the big Team fight Influance or such, which is what most teams did.
anyway what do you guys think, should Harley be considered a mage although technicially he is a magician? let us know in the comments.
