I CAN'T BUY ANYTHING AT THE SHOP, HELP PLEASE

I can't buy anything in the store, the only thing that tells me when I press an option is "recharge failed" and dont even show me the prices nor gives me options, nothing, what do I do?

I already clear cache in google play and play service, even i restart all the phone data, and nothing work

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT HELP IN ANYTHING, NOTHING WHAT HE SAY TO ME WORKS, I TRIED EVERYTHING AND MORE

Hi there. Im sorry to hear your problem.Please do clear data your Google Play Store (make sure you have binded your Google account to your ML) and reopen and relogin to Google Play store after clearing data and then go to ML and try to purchase diamonds...if it  didnt help you should send an email to mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com and tell them about problem and follow their instructions!Hope i helped Mare
