Game server issue

I have an issue of lag (300ms) even though my internet is very fast still there is lag. I have changed the internet but still have this problem. Before I was having the same lag issue but after 2 3 days it resolve automatically but this time it’s not working. I have checked all the possible solution like speed mood, closing all other apps etc. I have been losing star because of this and also my squad kick me out. So I need immediate solution or I am going to delete this game.

Oh so sorry to hear that but i need your assistance if you want the problem to be solve. Are you using 4g or wifi and when did you send your complain to the ingame cs please provide me the details so i may be able to help you
First step you must do is to Report to our Customer Game from In-Game. This way they can track problems you are having better.

Here is how:

1. Tap the CS Icon beside your Avatar In-Game.
2. Choose the Option that's provided regarding the problem you are having.

If you are going to make a post here, please do not forget to provide detailed info of the related issue and also indicated your:

↪ Account ID and Server ID
↪ Description of the Bug
↪ Device Type (iOS/Android)
↪ Screenshot or Video about itI hope i was helpfull Happy gaming.

I have done that as well no reply from there. I even send them email. In the pictures everything is mentioned my detail about account. I even uploaded the pictures in game as well.

Okay please wait for the reply usually it takes 3-7 days for their reply so please kindly wait for the reply

Hi Khani-123,
Thanks for your feedback regarding to the issue in here. Just to mention that the use of email is for players who failed in entering to the game. You need to go to CS in-game to report this and if you reported already, normally will get reply in 1 week from it's reported. Regarding to the lag issue, you can refer to this as well while waiting for the reply of your feedback in-game:
