Hello, l have a problem playing with an international friend The problem l encountered l do not play smooth.I want to fix a problem with matching Thailand to play with Thailand only. Or a neighboring country that is the same server.

Hi! What do you mean by international friend? Is he in other country? Which country?
If its cross region, this latency issue is there to stay. This is a technological limitation bounded by geographical challenge.

Cross server issues. Lag appears if your friend is from a different country which in the case you're joining to his server. Can't do anything about it unless you try a premium vpn. I'm not encouraging you to use to but just a recommendation.
