yeah its a good passive when there are like 5-6 active skill, but cmon it only benefits 2 skills,

Not only that but you can littarly just add those effects directly to the skills rather than in her passive lol

I don't think anyone has said it is "totally useless". More or less, everyone's point is that it just doesn't make sense. You don't get to enjoy the full potential of the passive at all and it could've been directly added to the skills as an extra effect as only her ulti has a secondary effect. The first skill could have been given a slow as an effect and the heal could've been given a movement speed boost as an effect. Also her ulti already stuns, which makes her passive useless for 1 of her 3 skills. I agree with everyone else, she should be given a new passive, her first and 2nd skill should get the current effects (1st with slow and 2nd with speed boost) as added effects.
