MINOTAUR needs "REWORK or BUFF?"

the design of rage bar is wrong in 1st place

he is a tank, not adc.... his role is to take dmg but not to attk

the rage bar should based on attk + dmg received (the more dmg received, the faster the bar fills)

just bring him back to the way he was before. fast rage build up and regen from turret. hes not gonna be that much of an OP tank because things are different now. there are new heroes, new items, which can easily counter/benefit him as a tank. plus interference battle spell no longer exists so he cant tower abuse anymore.. looking at how he is now, i just wanna puke at how disgusting/trash of a hero he is. and same for moskov, give him something good so he can be a worth it 32k BP mm..

im pretty sure mosk is gg be buffed cos of the new season skin

just look at Alpha

may not be buffing alot but still......

Just a wild guess; maybe just reclassify him as a tank/fighter then reduce armor and increase damage, thus fully reclassifying him as an off-tank? I have no idea as well.

His off-tank capabilities are really good because of the 4v5, but maybe because of that classification people are forcing to play him as tank (and he is totally horrible as a full tank and is in need of a buff as you pointed out, lolol)

In any case, even if I personally disagree with the reliance in winrates as a balance metric, I definitely believe something's wrong with Franco. Too easy to counter, among other things.
