Fair enough. I think she is OP with that regen passive. But I'm not mythic so IDK how she is at mythic

They almost always run half-tank. Thus, it takes two people to successfully stop her (at the bare minimum), making her extremely effective in teamfights for soaking damage (she could also kill the disabler in the process then let her teammates mop up, while giving the other team little to no chance of fighting back as she is too fast). And this is assuming that the game reaches the final phase where she is less effective. Just think about the effect of forcing a 2v3 on the laning phase.

I just think her damage should be the one to be nerf and not her energy consumption in the first place. I encountered a Fanny smurf that wreck my team. I will agree there is no way to really stop her if she is waay more fed than your whole team.. Especially with that Assassin talent that gives extra 125 gold per kill if your team laning against her all fed her from the start

Chou is the Hero that gets the most Nerf, without Adjustment back until now.
starting from passive, Ultimate, and other Skill.

Worst nerf ever was Alice on S3. She was a midlaner turned into nothing. Maybe next buff will make her something.

Those stupid nerfs on fanny..she didn't deserve it. and what the heck is mechanics? do you mean, change her cables and add cooldown to it? Hell no, what she needs is adjust her damage output and thats it, problem solved.

No, the cut cables thing when CC'd. IMO the damage should be left untouched because she's an assassin to begin with.

And what the hell? Why would you even put cooldown on the cable? You serious?
