Mechanic fix is not needed, you have to see it like this. Fanny is a difficult hero which makes people play her for that reason. Because shes hard. I main her myself and i like challenges however you are right they were deserved nerfs. But it still means she got nerfed alot lol

I recommend Montoon just remove Fanny from ML.

Me and my team had a few times games ruined bcoz of enemies Fanny.

Natalie used to be invulnerable in a cloud under the tower. Therefore, this is the biggest nerf happened to any hero.

All heroes have nice nerf but not Chou tho, i want the old Chou back.

Chou right now is in the worst state ever first passive, than ulti nerfed and now the immune and the second worst is alpha ulti massive damage reduction, he use to have a wider aoe that could stun the entire team in front of him and cc them longer.

Moskov piercing is still a joke right now,no matter how good the positioning is the piercing won't hit the back enemy.
Also even moskov using his skill the mana cost with the buff +jungle+mana regen is still bleeding like fanny without buff.
The speed buff isn't the right buff for moskov,it won't change anything except yss that got nerf and out of meta.

Alpha is already in good place right now so no comment for alpha.
Since chou nerf not live yet,also no comments.

Difficulty of use is a pointless mechanic if you mastered it anyway.

By your logic Gossen and Hayabusa should be killing everything. Invalid argument. Even the most difficult to use heroes must be balanced.

I never said that, my point is, a mechanical nerf wouldnt be fun because people wanna try harder heroes. And i said that the buffs are deserved as well. So nothing is a invalid argument rofl
