Lucky spin bug

Im in advance server, and my lucky spin didn't work normaly.
But if i change to original server it work.
Im trying report to CS so many time but they always ask me to describe my problem even i already told them.

Did you try clear your cache and reset your game?
If you already reported about the bug to CS, it would take some time for them to reply.
for now
Send an email about this to: mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com
and give them your ID,Server,Video Link and Screenshot.

I already do it. This only happen in advance server. In my original saver  i dont have this problem.

In advance server its really buggy,
don't expect a clean game in advance server XD
you will always be visited by bugs in there

I give cs link and image..
But when i give them my link they ask screenshot. I give the screenshot they ask again bug detail. Even i already write the problem with english and bahasa indonesia...
It still happen till now..
