Low fps on low graphic since last update

It could be either the game or the heroes that causes you to experience this. This was an issue before, you mentioned some hero skills, though, it will be better if you could provide a video footage of this and report it if it's a bug caused by certain hero skills. You could try reinstalling the game first as well and see if it helps.

This is game, where lags don't be fixed never, this game ALWAYS have lags, it's bad optimization at all.
