Preparing Game Loading

Hello good day developer,
I have issued about crashing into game loading phase
I play sinced 2016 and still the problem i try to find in youtube but there no also have solution in this proble even its not always happen but still the problem of many player.

I try some famous player answer this
The following method
1 Clear Data -not worked

2 Reduces Phone storage - no worked

3 Setting to Low Graphics - no changes

4 No using in game stream - no worked

5 Try using VPN - no offect
6 Uninstall Messenger (avoid pop up) - worst guide ever

This problem in crashing in game loading is not effect in brawl in my experienced because i play brawl first to make safety BUT if takes 3 to 4 game it will happen again

Pls make this serious other player quited because of this

Wow. A player for more than a year. Sorry, if your having issue still on your game but since you almost tried troubleshooting, the best thing to do is to report this to our in game cs and wait patiently for feedback since this will take time for an investigation. Hoping that this will be fix really soon

If mine, I got loading stuck if i load the match. I think it will get reconnecting and i can't enter thr match bcoz it stuck around 5-7% loading and go back to the menu and try to reconnecting and it will stuck again... dont know what happened, i same like u bro.. i played this game from Dec 2016 and this issue is the worst i hv ever known.

Yeah I have been facing this loading screen then kicked out issuefor a month or so already. Nothing worked, uninstalling and reinstalling, clear cache, lowest graphics etc. U guys should really find out the root cause. This is one of the reasons why there are so many afk, cause they got kicked out
