Huge laggs

Guys, first of all, hi. I saw already a lot of posts regarding the lagg issue, and I had teammates that experienced their joystick blocking in the middle of the game and being capable of only using spells while standing still. I'm just posting this to raise even more awareness of the lagg issue since all of my friends, and most of my friends/opponents in random queue are experiencing mostly the same. This is hardly because of the player's devices, it is really a thing and it's happening and ruining a lot of games.

Could any of the developers sum up the previous posts and answer what is the possibility of this being fixed in shortest time possible? It's happening and needs resolving, it's not up to players, I repeat.

it's not fair at all. I spent a lot of money to buy all the heroes and all the skins. and now I can not play a game without a lag. Due to the enormous lag in the game and the errors that have occurred in the last week, I lost my global title to 4 heroes. Solve this problem somehow. You owe us with quality service because for that we invested time and money in you. Prove that you care about those who support you. Or have you already made the necessary profit and are you going to close the game?

Eveb after this lag still exists, i may suggest you to contact in game customer support. Located top left corner bkue headset icon. Go to help and select bug report. Fill up the form with screenshot and all the information. Then submit it. Also i will contact my superior about this.

Bro, last time i tried to make a report to cs, i got the following message: "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occured" Ironic. I think this answers a lot, dont you think? So please stop deniing the problem is on your side.
