Ok so basically I'm on Android, Eu server, since 3 days having high ping, lag. I'm mythic I play with my bf, I know my connection. I started to see other people getting disconnect, saying "lag" or standing in middle not moving (more than usual). 1 player up to half players of the match get this, since I realized there is a problem. Also yesterday joystick not working but could still chat, see the match etc when ennemies nearby the hero start walk alone NOT LAG. My bf had the exact same problem so we pkayed separetly. He played classic on Fanny and had no problem. I played again brawl (brawl brawl brawl since 3 days lol) had lags and reconect but less, so maybe right now playing with friends affect the game experience. Anyway I'm surprise it's still not fix.

every 2 games either some one lags in team or enemy team or you lag yourself i mean wtf?

pls fix connection or servers

Got same experience here in Asia.. most of the time, loading game and during in game will always lagg, i mean, to open free chest sometimes not successful.. idk where is this game heading to?

Having the same issue - very high ping after this latest update and it takes even longer time to load the game to UI. Worst still all the buttons in UI are so "insensitive", I have to keep pressing one single button many times for it to response. I have uninstalled and reinstalled your app, clear cache and data, and constantly swapping normal mode and speed mode during match, all these methods have not helped me reducing the ping. Also I noticed, when I juggle, my network bar is green; but when I start to gank, I am stuck with high ping at 380ms. Please help.

Same here in game menu, everything is delayed (rewards, inbox mail etc), or I get the loading thing in middle of my screen, already since 3 days all time. Didn't happened before.

Looks like we are really having and issue with lag and joystick. eh?! so far I haven't experience that yesterday, probably because I didn't play that long. I'm with you guys and in know it's kinda hard playing while experiencing that.. since most of the people are experiencing this.. If you think that it's not connection or you have a stable connection, try to clear cache the game, and if that still didn't help at all please report this to our cs section for them to know that most of you guys are having issue like this, this need to be checked and fix. make sure to include your IGN, and server and if you can also include a screen shot cause it will be a big help. hoping that this will be fix as soon as possible since season 9 is coming.

Hi thank you for your answer
I actually clean my cache and restart the game between each match I do (since 1 month 'cause my game started to freeze often but I think it's my phone so I just bought a new one and wait for it)
But for a start everybody having problem should do this, it helps the game not to freeze and crash so often at least
For this last days I think there is nothing we can do ourself, except waiting the game or server to get fix T-T I hope they will see our messages... I also reported that in game customer, bug report whatever it is called ^^
