Game probleme

Problem: 1) after the last update, the game is no longer running well. during ping matches jumps from 40 to 285 ms and remains freeze. 2)while standing in the main menu the game does not respond to commands
3) all connections are ok, playing on mobile data, but I repeat: the issue has occurred since the last update
4)the problem is the frequency of the Romans, I'll have a screenshot of the recent reviews on the play shop

Its located on the top left corner blue headset icon
Go to help and select bug report.
Please provide all the necessary information and also ss or video of the lag bug
Then submit it.Thanks.

Please also provide the screenshot of the in game cs error.
I may also suggest you to clean cache or reinstall the game to check if that works. But you must bind your account before that ok? Cheers.
