Crashing please fix admin, please notice me

I have installed this app Many times, it gave me a hard time even play. I am using my iPad mini and its iOS is 9.(point something) when I play it kept on crashing, please fix this bug? So I can play with this game, I really wanted to play your game, I have also updated my iOS and this iOS might be the latest in my mini iPad. Even in playing in tutorial or in loading the app kept on crashing, can someone notice me? To fix this bug? I would be thankful if this bug would be fixed.

What is RAM size for that device? afaik MLBB need at least 2GB RAM minimum to play. and have you contact ingame cs?

Hello there, i think i pad mini is too old to run mlbb. It has only 512mb ram and a5 SOC. Which might not able to run mlbb properly. You can try lowest graphics settings possible and then try again. If still crashing then its cause of old harware. Sorry mate.
