Loading screen problem? Any solution?

Here's how it goes, I accessed the app and play the match however the loading cycle thingy appears when I start the match and couldn't move my cursor nor use my skills. I don't know why and Then, I restart my app since I closed it but then when I open the app, it goes like this;







It goes over and over again when I open the app again as the loading stops and stucks on many times, so pls. Save me from that problem. I just need a solution.

P.S : I'm still bad at English

Note: I don't have a PC and only have an Ipad 4

To simply post a screenshot there is a picture box in your comment box(where you are commenting) click it and post your scrrenshot,
Clear your cache and then try again if the problem still there i suggest you to report it to customer service it is at the top left corner beside your avatar pic.

Hmm, do you mean that you got stucked on loading screen after exiting a match? This is just my understanding on your thread, You can just try to reinstall the game.

If you're using phone/ipad, you can change into PC version forum by just clicking top left corner and change into PC version.
