Recently, I bought the 500 diamonds (RM39.90) and i didnt get the diamonds that bought. It shows an error and forced stop MLBB. I tried to reopen the app but i havent got my diamonds and it subtracts my CELCOM credit. I tried to contact CELCOM and they told that MLBB already took the money but didnt deliver the diamonds as they should. I was sent a code by CELCOM regarding this issue."RM0 Google Correlator ID: g445488144599051135". I hope that MLBB will solve my issue and deliver my diamonds as soon as possible.

Tap on blue headset icon on the top left corner besides your avater
Tap payment problem(number 2)Tap on payment problem feedback form
Fillup the form with all the information and also provide the
Screenshot you posted here
Then submit
Soon they will contact you in game(3-9 days)
