Classic, Rank, Brawl?You vant judge a player by playing only one game with him/her
The system always try to find suitable players for you. But the end game results depends on the team itself.

I dont mind what happens in classic. specially in ranks. Yes i have to judge as the skills as he plays is really irritating. Dont mind if one player is like that. But when your full team is like that, how can you play.

Specially it is happening now. I played 18 rank games where i managed to win 9 of them only, just managed i say.
  some of them are good, really good but only some .

Have you also reported those low-skilled players for 'low skill level'? I think it might help the matchmaker decide things for your next match.
